Yes, the CAB was tired, anyone could have offered up a constitution and 
it would have been taken seriously.  Lets stop with this "lets not 
rewrite history" whining.  The drafts were done on Genunix for all to 
see, in fact I put the Genunix Wiki in place expressly for that process 
to occur in the open for all to participate in.  Confusion == 
Opportunity.   I spent several weeks working away on a complete 
constitution to put forward and found that its a very complex and 
difficult task.  If I can get in there and even be appointed to a 
committee than anyone can.  Many people offered up revisions and drafts 
and in the end Dr. Fielding cut through the crap and got it done.  We 
were then where we are now, bickering like children while a small 
handful of people ignore it all and get the job done.
