I am not sure whether I understand you correctly....
To me it looks as if _we_ should ask Sun.
It needs to be the other way round. SchilliX is the first distro that
comes with a distro builder and it does published this code in Autumn 2005
already.
If Sun likes to support and start a similar effort _altough_ Sun responded to
all
_my_ attempts to get this done with help from Sun that it would _harm_ Sun and
the OpenSolaris community, it is Sun that needs to ask the community....
