I agree on the 143 quorum for the Member Meeting. But, I hope we can think of a way to drop the inactive CCs prior to the election on the 8th. ~50 clearly inactive votes could have a big impact (ie. just like last year). And, I don't want the next OGB having to spend time on a new Constitution again. Cheers, Jim
