Actually, I grabbed 2009/007 between when I asked and you sent this :-)

I guess what has me confused is when I look at this page:
http://opensolaris.org/os/community/ogb/policies/

It still has all of last years on there, which last years approval
dates (I am pretty sure we renewed most of these, some with edits).
Does someone have the AI to update this?

Also, on the same page, 2009/005 & 2009/006 are not listed at all.
does that mean they are no longer being considered?

As decided in yesterday's OGB meeting, and noted here to close the loop,
this will be between the OGB and the facilitator. The secretary should
wait to process the grants until the agreement from the new CCs is received.
I will be the primary person making sure this is done, but if I am offline
(on vacation, etc) than that role could be filled by any member of the OGB
or the secretary. Facilitators can help speed this process by asking
for this agreement from their new CCs before they submit their request
to the OGB for processing.

Hopefully this will be temporary.
