Hi gang - As a new member to the OGB, I was curious: who should set the initial agenda? I was looking at our agenda for this week, and it's pretty much last weeks: http://wiki.genunix.org/wiki/index.php/2009_04_30_OGB_Agenda
What I'm really asking, is it okay for me to remove/move items? or should that just be done by the chair/co-chair/secretary? Specifically, I believe "current items" * Priority poll to the community [related to priority of revisiting the constitution], suggestion box, postitnotes... * Facilitators project can be removed as the facilitators project is now up & running, and we decided to not do a priority poll. Also, I'd like to see: * Policy on granting core contributor grants moved to "business" so we can make a decision on it so we can start applying it for new grants sooner than later. (I know we can all add, I just wasn't sure about remove/move :) Finally, who will be moving the approved new policies and removing the now defunct ones (as approved by the OGB) on this site: http://opensolaris.org/os/community/ogb/policies/ I don't recall anyone accepting action to do those updates. We should probably make sure that after we vote on anything like this that some individual takes action to document it in the appropriate place.
