We just have them on genunix, and 2009/001-2009/007 have been drafted, so go for 2009/08. The main piece I want to understand is who will be the person to exchange the email about voting with the new core contributor and how will OGB be made aware of it. Is this between the Secretary and the CG Facilitator? Is this between the new CC and the Facilitator? I don't know how to vote on this policy until I understand who has to do the new work and how it will be managed. Maybe it is just a communication between the Facilitator and the new CCs prior to sending the request for a new CC to the Secretary? Just need a bit more detail about what you think the process should be. Thanks! Michelle
