Thanks, given the results I'd like to propose the following
motion for consideration at next week's OGB meeting:
The OGB acknowledges Jim Carlson's resignation effective
January 31, and thanks him for his service for the past
10 months.
Having reviewed the election results provided by Stephen
Hahn, the OGB finds the next available candidates to fill
the vacancy are, in order, Jim Grisanzio, Ben Rockwood,
and Karyn Ritter.
The OGB Secretary is thus instructed to contact those candidates,
in that order, until one of them indicates they are willing to
serve on the OGB for the remainder of Jim Carlson's term
(February 1 - March 31, 2008).
To help smooth the transition, the Secretary may add the new OGB
member to the ogb-private mailing list once they are announced,
instead of waiting for their term to begin.
