Why would we ask Sun? We need to ask the leaders of Project Indiana. Technically, there are distributions out there right now using the trademark in a way that is benevolently being permitted by Sun. Shall we revoke all current usages other than the strictest interpretation of fair use since those distributions are also using the trademark in an unapproved way?
