Thanks for your concern, but let's not be hasty. Roy has lodged an appeal, as he has every right to by the constitution. And just like people bring lawsuits up in US courts, or other people randomly appeal to the OGB for EMERGENCY ACTION REQUIRED, each case has its own rights and merits. We Keith mentioned, we will evaluate Roy's appeal - probably at our next meeting next Wednesday and make a decision.
