+1 I think we are in violent agreement. This is why I qualified my call for visionaries with "who are committed to effectively engaging with the community". What I don't want is a passive-aggressive bunch of nobodies who don't have any ideas of their own, but are happy to get in the way of people who are trying to do something - visionaries rather than bureaucrats. I also don't want those visionaries to go off on their own; they must engage with the community - effectively, and not just lip service - to build something bigger than just their own personal vision. -John
