I think that all positions should be OK; if we limit it to kernel hacking then we're liable to only see 10 posts a year. ?Again, for reference we get about 5-6 posts per week on postgresql-jobs. ?I don't expect traffic to be a real problem. I think the one real question is whether we want to make the list "principals only" or whether we want to let recruiters post. ?We let recruiters post at postgresql.org, but there's been discussion a couple of times about prohibiting them because of one bait-and-switch recruiter.
