Sure...my issue is on /definition/ of ug as seen on slides.

I was thinking about some not mandatory thing, but some sort of...I  
don't know exactly actualy, something which motivate UGs to meet  
themselves or at least to communicate more than now.

I didn't try to say we have any sort of frustration concerning  
governance.

I'm looking for arguments to give to individuals or companies when  
they ask us what could be their benefit to involve themselve in our  
UG(s).  You want to influence decision around OpenSolaris ? Ok...apply  
for our UGs, we do have a seat in the OGB, so we could bring your  
voice to the Board.
You'll probably see this as pure marketting, but I believe we need  
something like that to convince.
