As I said before, I took this conversation internal and discussed things 
with branding and TM legal. I feel I have a fairly good idea of what 
would and what wouldn't be approved. Keeping in mind of course that 
Sun's interest in protecting this TM is in the best interests, not 
opposing, to the community.

I officially assign myself as Sun delegate (or community liaison or 
whatever) for this decision-making process. I will run it around and get 
buy-off from the TM owners, Sun. Or bring back feedback for us to work 
with.
