The poll application is updated and deployed and, as per the OGB election schedule, the new ballot will go live automatically on Mon Mar 8th (00:00 hrs) (pending screen shot sign off later today). Bill doesn't have to flip switches at 3 a.m. or send out mail reminders at that point. It will just be live at that time and run for half a month. If the OGB wants to post an initial notice to remind people about the deadlines and that the election is live, I think everyone would feel that's an appropriate communication coming from the board. When the election is over, we'll deliver the results to the OGB. Clearly marked on poll is text explaining that automated individual reminders would not be sent and that voters would have to check with the OGB's election schedule for deadlines. We tested the app for a week and updated a few items based on community feedback. If the OGB wants to post occasional reminders to the electorate during the election, I think everyone would feel that's an appropriate communication coming from the board. Jim
