I agree. However, it would not surprise me to find the OGB wanting to send more specific (maybe personalised) e-mails just to people who have not voted, once or maybe twice towards the end of the ballot. Is there a manual way to construct a list of who has not voted so that one of us can construct such an e-mail, please? No rush, we have a few weeks to worry about it :-) S.
