I made a mistake in this example. It should have said:

"Indicate when a class got bonus feats, but leave out the all important
phrase: "Choose a feat."

(Based on your other comments, Ryan, I'm pretty sure you answered what I'd
meant and not what I'd said, but I thought it best to be sure.)
