The Morgaunt seems like a kickass template as well. I'm gonna sic *that*
bad boy on my players toot sweet. "It's Night of the Living Dead, and your
clerics can't do shit!" Bwahahaahahahaahaahaaaa!!!!
Actually, the Morgaunt strikes me as like rabies on crack. I'd imagine
animals can carry it too, leading to all kinds of paranoia about critters in
the woods acting funny...

To a certain extent I can see your point, but a lot of the critters in
the book seem to be plot points in the Scarred Lands so I can see their
desire to maintain control of those pieces of IP. It'd kinda suck to see
somebody come out with a "Karnival of Shadows" book and screw it up before
they get the chance to. (Come out with a book, I mean. Not screw it up. You
know what I mean...)

On the whole I've got to agree with whoever said this was the "Fiend
Folio" of 3rd Ed. Truly an excellent piece of work, guys. I'm already trying
to figure out where to splice the Charduni into my world...
