No discussion, but...
LARP d20 would be easy. Replace the d20 roll with *something* (even a static "10"),
and it's fine.
Boffer-LARP (woo hoo!) is a bit trickier, but still easy. You get to ignore the d20
roll for most things, and just have each hit do a flat ammount of damage. :)
