So do I. The fact that we have several people in the industry doing D20
products on this list who are apparently unaware of it lends credence to
the 'rumour' hypothesis. OTOH, it might be they've all gone to ground to
figure out how to react before any public statements are made, i.e, if WOTC
has issued a 'final D20 STL' that includes 'license fees' and 'approval'
terms --which it would be legal for them to do, since everything published
thus far has been under a provisional 'may be revised or yanked at any
time' license, UNLIKE the OGL.
I really hope this is total bullcrap. If it's not, I'm going to be tres
upset.
