I wouldn't be concerned about the immediate timing. I suspect that we're
looking at another week or so before we declare the licenses "official".
After that point, I'll conduct a survey of the publishers to see how large
the scope of this issue is and make some recommendations about how to
proceed to make sure all the outstanding issues are addressed. If you're
going on press right now, you should use whatever version of the license is
least troublesome for you to include. If you have the time and you won't
miss a press window, I'd use the current draft. If you don't, don't.
