the class requirements: Do those that have requirements like "Have four
ranks in some skill" require that you have at least one level in another
class first, or can you get that class and then just be obligated to spend
the skill points on those skills?
Note: I have no interest in D&D 3rd ed or D20 products; I want to
develop an open game using the SRD and not using the D20 trademark at all.
So I want to have an unbiased view on the SRD by not ever reading the PHB
(at least until I have my game system filled out).
