Does anyone see any legal or ethical problems with this?
1: Two versions of essentially the same rules aren't fair, and should be brought together as soon as reasonably possible.
2: WotC should get a chance to issue their ruleset. *Ethically*, the person who came up with a rule (or the corporation) should get credit for their creation.
