That's the rumor - but remember, a FAN work is of little or no use to OGL
developers. ::frown::

And since you are giving it away for free and (I presume) only in a
web-based version it would be very cheap to correct.

It is GOING-TO-HAPPEN, nothing YOU, I, nor ANYBODY ELSE can do will stop it.
So don't let it prevent you from making a cool product available to OGL
developers.

As long as the forms YOU USE are not COPIES of the ones in a copyright
(non-OGL) publication you are probably fine, but IANAL.
