To quote Columbo "Just one more thing, sir...":Artifacts/items/spells
NOT used, once stripped of any Scarred Lands PI, revert to their
submitters? ie., if you decided against the "Sword Of Ultimate
Badassness", I can resubmit to some less discriminating company, use it
on my web page, etc?
