Looking at the section you included, it appears the
contract form submitted is in the event the work is
accepted and used by WW. Unless another provision says
otherwise, WW gets the rights only to the stuff they
accept and pay for. Again, this is based on the
excerpt you provided and I certainly cant speak for
WW. If there were a provision retaining rights in
submissions the contract would have to detail it.
