Actually, that is the caution I was trying to issue.
The people who didnt make it in cant necessarily "just
send it in". Take a look at the WW/RR contract. I dont
have it in front of me. I dont think WW keeps rights
to unpublished submissions by contract but it might be
in there. Double check before you send stuff in. My
recollection is that WW does not keep rights to
unpublished submissions. But I dont have it in front
of me so I cant be sure. You need to check that first.
