Does anyone know ...
What was the rationale for making all of those "class features" (e.g.
Barbarian Uncanny Dodge, Assassin Uncanny Dodge, Rogue Uncanny Dodge,
Shadowdancer Uncanny Dodge) when for all purposes they are identical to
feats? This seems true of about 90% of "Class Features"?
Really seems they should be feats...
