When I first went looking for Open Gaming info, I found the .com site, which
pointed me to the .org site. It also provided a fast way to get some basic
questions answered with the 'unofficial' faq. With that said, I can't see a
bad intent at all in what Faust is doing.. If anything, I consider his site
a service..
Admittedly, Opengamingfoundation.org was established about 9 months prior to
Fausts domains, but if Wizards/Ryan had concerns about the domain names, I
am sure they could have registered the other two in that time. Fausts .com
didn't register till Oct 17th, 2000.. compared to the .org registering
1/31/2000.

Seems to me that there really isn't a problem since the domains were left
open for 9 months..
