I can't resist the urge to chime in here, but I'm counting on sports
to _improve_ the RPG industry. One reason sports are an official part of
most elementary school programs is because educators claim that they
teach team work and build confidence. (Please note that I'm
oversimplifying in this post for the sake of brevity) I will somewhat,
but not much, depend on that logic in my NPOs eventual effort to get RPGs
into the school system.
I'm convinced that (modified) RPGs have a place in education. Thanks
to d20, that might actually be a possibility.
