Careful.  Take a way a dwarf's axe and ALL HE IS is a large, heavy, 
armor-encrusted football.  Take away all of a Halflings (visible) weapons, 
and you likely missed a dagger or two and maybe a garrote & (if he's the 
right KIND of halfling), some poison.  All that dex, and the halfling is not 
above drawing and poisoning a concealed dagger WHILE IN FLIGHT and meeting 
you with an attack when you catch him.

OW! That ball has TEETH! (poison takes effect) [THUD!]

Later on the halfling "ball" capers about the fire and sings your praises 
(slightly off key) while carving tidbits from your nicely roasting carcass.

Or at least that was ONE campaign I played in...
