Wow. You are really good at sarcasm. Allow me to reinterpret my post
for you: People (like me) who feel that they are out of their league on
this list feel that way for just about any reason other than the fact
that they are actually out of their league, IMO. You should have gone
away with the thought "hey, maybe I'm not out of my league after all"
_not_ "oh dear, yet another bitch is trying to cramp our style".

Did you even read my post? I am not the kind of person to waste my time
on a post so I can squash another's ideas. My goal was to give him some
insight, share the things I have learned, and tell him that "out of their
league" is really just a state of mind that can be cured with experience.
That is helping. It might not be the kind of help you want him to
have, but it was help nonetheless.

Personally, I am definately one of those who is

Another direct quote from my letter, yet you claim to not be talking
about anyone specific. This list is for a lot of things regarding d20
and there are people on it who hear a _lot_ of good advice *but* they
never take it and use it to improve themselves because they are too proud
to think that they might have been wrong in the first place. Careless.
Careless. Careless. Careless.

I am on the edge of commenting to this, but I have made an effort ever
since I got involved in a variety of lists to avoid saying the things I
want to say here. Someday I will snap. (and it's going to be good when I
do) But not today. Not today...
