Yes, I have noticed that. I see this email has spawned
tons of responses. I havent read them yet. And maybe I
am repeating what others have said, but I think that
is a shrewd observation on your part.

I spotted the ";" issue some time ago. I think there
are several clear typos that when corrected make the
definitions section parse out much more sensibly.

As a lawyer, I read that type of language very closely
and I agree with what you see. Now, I also think the
fixes are obvious.

I dont think it hinders the license. But I agree it is
sloppy. 

I would not listen to anyone who gives you sh*t for
bringing this up. I would, however, state that I dont
find the typos to be fatal to the license or to cause
undue uncertainty.
