        Hmm. I was under the impression that they were adapting
the system but not necessarily making it D20. HOWEVER, even
if they did use D20 out of the box, being the licensor for D20
they really don't have to follow the rules if they don't want
to, and it would be my guess that the PHB requirement would be 
missing from a Star Wars book.
