If you *DON'T* point them towards the PHB, you might want to say "This book
is not a full d20 rulebook, and requires the use of one, required
seperately."

Now then, THIS is a cool point on it.  The other d20 products promote the
name, and the Player's Guide contains rules for it.  Since it's unlikely
Korath can duplicate the quality / price of the PHB, WotC might not worry
about it.

OR, this "loophole" might be closed by WotC legal.  *sigh*.
