First, I'll apologize to you and everyone on the list
for my sarcastic statement in the previous message.
That was not contributing anything useful.

You misinterpreted my message. I was giving an example
of how people could start closing out domains from open
content users. I have no plans to do a psionics module.

If I did do a psionics module, I would have no problems
making it all open. Funny thing about people from Toronto
is that they like to share (kudos to Dominion Games).

My plans are to do an online game based on D20SRD. All
content will be contributed back to the OGF. Since you
want to put me on the spot, I will make this offer:
all code will be contributed under the GPL if someone
is willing to pay for the development costs (less than
what it cost to make Everquest but more than a years
salary for 2 computer professionals). Otherwise, whoever
funds the project will get to decide what happens with
the code. Maybe I won't be able to find anyone willing
to throw some money at this and you won't hear from me again.

I am looking forward to seeing their work.

You may think someone an ass for opening something against
someone elses wishes. I think someone is a thief for modifying
open content and designating it closed.

Why are you in the open gaming community if you really want to be
a closed game publisher? Is the prospect of WotC's castoffs
(modules they don't want to do) so attractive? Whose the jackal?
I don't mean this paragraph to be offensive but I think some
people could re-examine their priorities.
