Actually there are only a couple of things that we're designing that could
be considered "derivative" and we plan on having those be open.

If you take some open content like the D20 SRD and modify some of
it for your book then declare the whole thing closed cover to
cover then you are in violation of the OGL.  Whoever has the impression
that they have the right to designate everything closed in a product
that uses open content is wrong.

You probably will need a lawyer and I am glad I provided a reality
check if that is your plan.
