Hmm. Not quite sure what pursuant means. According to?

I don't think we need to single WotC out. If you single out one company
you have to single them all out. Once the license is official, you can't
add to it with any effectiveness. So if WotC is bought out or changes
their name, then you pretty much have a dead passage. i think that the
second part of the definition is more than adequate.

How about, "any person contributing"

That will never happen. It goes against the whole "open" concept. What
about all the other companies out there like Steve Jackson games and all
the others? Will you name them all? How about the new companies that pop
up all the time?

That would be nice. :-) Does that mean we have to pay them as well to
use their material?

It is there, it is just a little unclear where the line between open a
closed is supposed to be. That is why i suggested the changes, to make
the line more obvious. That way, if it is supposed to be closed, it will
stay that way with no doubt in anyone's minds on if it is closed or not.

I understand. Not many people would. That is why there are open and
closed parts. The Open parts are for everyone to do with as they please.
The closed parts are for the creator alone.

Have Fun,
