The last sentence is clear to most people. But I think some
people read it as:
"You are free to designate material Open and Closed at your whim."
Which is not true. Open content remains open and must be
designated so even if you make modifications to it.
At this point, I'll add that for all my tough talk, I have not
the time, energy or interest to follow up on anyone who rips
off open content. Word of mouth is probably all that is needed.
