> Yippie! So, as long as we're not referring to something someone actually > makes under trademark (harrier jets, colt pistols) we're OK? Great. Ah, this has been bothering me. "Harrier" is the name that the Royal Air Force/Royal Navy gave the jet in question. The USMC also adopted the name, that was not the name that British Aerospace came up with. Most _Military_ aircraft names are not trademarks, because the they are names given to the A/C by the military, not the maker. There may be some cases where the maker gave it the name, but there will be a non trade-marked "name" as well. (B-17, P-51, B-2, whatever...) Just a minor rant, carry on with the rest of the ranting about the text of the license. -- http://www.spellbooksoftware.com If guns are outlawed can we use swords? ------------- For more information, please link to www.opengamingfoundation.org
