It covers many things, including the unique presentation.  If I created a
game called 'Dungeon' or even referred to my module as a 'Dungeon Adventure'
I'd arguably be infringing on WotC's trademark.  WotC might or might not
care, depending on the presentation, but it would still be a violation of
the OGL.

Not at all, this is a major part of my point.  Such common words which are
relevant in the game industry would be excluded without explicit permission.
That's why this clause, as stated, is bad.
