S'all right, Faust. I can sympathize with late hours and long, newbie fanboys
taking my precious fanboy time... (I arrived two hours early to see X-men when
it came out--and my wife went to the first showing of the day dressed up as
Rouge, went to work, and then dressed up AGAIN and came to see it with me and
the guys at night. If we could, we would have plasted temproary "fanboy"
tattoos on our foreheads.)

I'm not sure about that--if the positions were reversed, and WotC was
infringing on MY trademarks, I'd try and intimidate them. :) I've only see a
bit of the law, but legal wording seems to be rather harsh, especially in
initial filings.
On a related note, I've got an "open game" d20 product that I'm ready to
release to the bazzar as soon as the D20STL is OK'd to go...
DM
Looking for a game? I DM in Upstate NY, twice a month in New Hartford, NY (a
suburb of Utica)
Even better, I've got irregular games where I live, in Charlton (near Albany).
Drop me a line and we'll game!
