I was mainly providing a correction. As to actions in restraint of trade, the
(perhaps not helpful) answer is "it depends". For federal purposes, actions in
restraint of trade generally need to be performed by a monopolist or a cartel to
be unlawful or illegal. State law approaches to restraint of trade issues vary,
and other than Indiana, I am not qualified to speak about state law.
