Ryan isn't a lawyer, and the simplified OGL is better than the 0.1 rev.

Yes, that is the purpose of the list. The reason WotC is writing it is that
they have a large body of work to contribute RIGHT NOW, and so they get
trailblazer rights to write it as they see fit.
