I suggest if one wants to have a company in the RPG industry,
they better be prepared to be on both sides of a lawsuit.
You may believe no one could possibly have a case against
you for trademark abuse.  But that is exactly how you end up
in court.  You believe one thing and someone believes another.

I think there will be reasonable people with reasonable positions
on both sides of some trademark cases.  Strengthening the trademark
holders position in every case is wrong, IMHO.  The law may not be
perfect but it doesn't take sides without looking at the details.
