Any creator worried about this can, with some effort, guarantee it wothout a
license change. Since the license requires you to reproduce the copyright
notices of all OGC from which you derive, a creator could make a
lengthy-but-complete copyright notice that explicitly stated every item he
contributed as OGC.

Do I think this is the best approach? Not sure. It will get cumbersome,
fast. But some of the alternatives floating around sound equally cumbersome
to me. I'm afraid of ANY solution that either risks losing creator credits
OR becomes so arcane that nobody can use the results.
