My FAQ (and therefore the database) has a recognized location, an
(admittedly unofficial) association with the Open Gaming Foundation, and a
prominent position in most search engines for the terms "d20" and "Open
Gaming". Further, the database will be presented in conjunction with the
FAQ as "the" database.

The people who DON'T care about PI are the ones we can't stop, and the ones
we DON'T WANT to be the only ones providing this service. Our proposed
database will be "pure", containing no PI, and therefore will be of most use
to the scrupulous developer.
IMO the format as I have described it will not be particularly attractive to
the non-developer.
