Good point. I would urge that each file contain, at the very least, the
following information:
1) Which version of the OGL the content was released under and a link to the
full text of that license
2) The name and publisher of the OGC
3) a reproduction of the Copyright Notice section of the OGL form the
product it appeared in
4) Publisher's Website Address and Contact Information
Depending on how the database is set up, most of the information could be
set up once and retrieved when necessary to reduce redundancy.
