Wait a minute :-)
So If I create a game that uses loads of OGC and loads of my own that I
release as OGC and also parts that are PI. I release the whole source for
this game and have it clearly marked in the source what is OGC and what is
not (ignore how this is done for now, but assume it is 100% clear).
I am safe since I am distributing clearly marked software. Now if I compile
this and place it on a server (the software is not redistributed) nobody can
download this binary all they do is pass it commands and it gives back
information, for example an online game. Would I now be in violation? Since
I am not redistributing the binary but in a sense the output is been
distributed :(
How would I stand on this one? I've no problem giving away 100% of the
source using PI and OGC if that means I can then run the game server on a
server for people to access. So long as I don't distribute the binaries
would I then be safe??
