You forgot the 1,500 copies that are thrown out for being to close to Forgotten Realms or Dragonlance-many folks actually thinking that Wizards wanted to have a "cloned world" of some kind or the very similar ideas of high fantasy worlds that have already been done by Wizards or someone else.
