I would not do it here. Do it on one of the message boards.
Also, you are allowed to share it whenever you want, but be warned
that if any of the judges see it, and then read it (as a proposal)
afterwards, chances are it will be discarded (at least this is what I
would do in their situation).
It would be much safer to wait until after the July 3rd date, so that they have
already made their decisions as to the top ten.
